We are pleased to announce the upcoming Tissue Clearing & Brain Mapping Technologies workshop, which will take place from April 20 to 24, 2026 at the Paris Brain Institute (ICM). This event will bring

📅 April 20 — Open Symposium Day

The workshop will open with a full day of scientific talks featuring renowned researchers, including:

The program will also include selected short talks from submitted abstracts.

📅 April 21–24 — Hands‑On Training

A four‑day practical training will follow the symposium, limited to 25–30 participants. The training will cover:

Sample preparation: IHC, 3D FISH
Lightsheet microscopy image acquisition
Data analysis: Imaris, SyGlass
Brain mapping: ClearMap pipeline
Individual mentoring session with expert instructors

This workshop is designed for researchers seeking in‑depth, practical skills in whole‑brain imaging and analysis.
